The Federal Reserve Banks serve as fiscal and depository agents for the United States Government. In this role, the Reserve Banks perform a variety of services for the Treasury Department, other Federal Agencies and government-sponsored enterprises.
Treasury Services can be accessed from any Internet-based PC.
The new Bank Management Service (BMS) is a module of the Federal Reserve Banks’ Customer Accounts Receivable System (CARS) that allows the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Management Service (FMS) to reimburse designated financial agents by collecting, analyzing and approving expense information.
