Overview – Disruption to Federal Reserve Statistical and Structure Reporting

Statistical and Structure Reporting collects information that is needed by the Federal Reserve to carry out its monetary policy, supervision and regulation and fiscal agency responsibilities. Reports may be submitted electronically through the Internet or via fax or mail.

Preparing for Federal Reserve Statistical and Structure Reporting Business Disruptions

It is important to identify and prepare key personnel in your organization who will be relied upon to supply statistical and structure report data to the Federal Reserve Bank during an emergency. The primary contact information that we have for each institution is taken from the report forms sent to us throughout the year, and it is updated on an ongoing basis. Should you wish a specific person to be your contingency contact person, please send an e-mail informing us of the person's name, telephone number and e-mail address, or provide this information to your regular contact provided in the Federal Reserve Reporting and Reserves Business Continuity Contacts section.
