Account Management Information (AMI) via FedLine Customer Access Services is part of Federal Reserve Financial Services’ Account Service suite. AMI is a powerful online tool that provides critical real-time information about your Federal Reserve Bank account. To gain access to FedInsights you must have access to FedLine Customer Access Services.

FedLine Customer Access Services
Choose the FedLine Customer Access Service that’s right for your institution to access the wealth of information FedInsights has to provide you. Review our Product Matrix or go directly to detailed information on each service:
Optimize your use of FedLine. Check with your institution’s FedLine End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) to see if there is unused Subscriber capacity and/or to help ensure that all those who could benefit from FedInsights have access to it.
The EUAC must complete a separate Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Request Form for each individual who will be authorized to access a FedLine Customer Access Service. Click here to access the External Subscriber Credential and Access Control Request Form.
To request access to Account Services such as AMI and SCI for a FedLine Subscriber, please complete and return the Accounting Information Services Subscription Form (PDF).
To gain access to FedACH Information Services fill out the appropriate sections of the FedACH Participation Agreement.
To request access to FedCash Cross Shipping Reports complete and return the form Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Request Form.
Access to FedInsights is already included in your monthly fee, with the number of individual credentials dependent upon the service level chosen. To put AMI and other FedACH information and Risk services to work for you and your department, check into unused Subscriber capacity within your institution or add Subscriber packages as necessary. To add Subscribers or use any of the services included in FedInsights please use the Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Request Form.
Depending upon your activity and volume, you may want to consider upgrading to FedLine Customer Access Services in order to gain access to FedInsights. The modest additional cost is well worth the substantial added value. The monthly fee also includes access to FedMail Services, which means you can continue to benefit from the services you use today while having access to the broader suite of online service capabilities.
