For the past year, Federal Reserve Financial Services has been working to improve electronic delivery of our customer communications. As part of our efforts to enhance e-mail delivery capabilities, e-mails, which currently come from SYS.FRFS.Communications@chi.frb.org, will be transitioned to fedcommunications@mail.frbservices.org over the coming months. Please add this e-mail address to your address book or approved senders list to ensure that you continue to receive critical communications from us.
You will also see format changes to our e-mails, including more personalized, relevant content and options for graphics or text, depending on your e-mail settings and filters. If you are not able to receive e-mails with images or html formatting, you will receive text e-mail with the option to view the e-mail with graphics as a Web page by clicking on a link at the top of the e-mail.
Finally, some of the most important enhancements will improve our ability to respond if the e-mail we send to you is returned undeliverable or you request a change to your communication delivery method. Because our top priority is to ensure that you receive appropriate and timely service information, enhancements such as these significantly improve our ability to process e-mail responses and returns.
