Account Balance, Capital Stock, Discount Window Loan, Fedwire® Securities Service account holdings, and Treasury Tax and Loan (TT&L) requests

External auditor requests for Federal Reserve Account balances, Capital Stock, Discount Window Loan and Collateral, Fedwire Securities Service account holdings, and TT&L information should be submitted through Confirmation.com.  However, the Federal Reserve Banks of Dallas, New York, Richmond, and St. Louis do not accept requests for Discount Window Loan or Collateral information through Confirmation.com.  For your audit firm to utilize Confirmation.com, please complete the Authorization to Release Information Form.

Confirmation requests for Discount Window Loan and Collateral information from the Federal Reserve Banks of Dallas, New York, Richmond, and St. Louis should be sent to those local Reserve Banks.
