EUAC Center Self-Service Setup

FedLine® EUAC Self-Service 

Self-service enrollment is easy!  Simplify how you manage your EUAC responsibilities by subscribing to the EUAC Center, a free FedLine application designed to provide convenient and timely self-service functionality.  With self-service, routine requests are at your fingertips, such as:

  • Password resets
  • Subscriber access reports
  • FedLine Services documents, such as the EUAC Access Management Guide

View EUAC Center sign-up instructions and download the EUAC form.

Follow these steps to add self-service:

  • Download the Federal Reserve Bank End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) Form (PDF).
  • Check “Modify Self-Service EUAC Role” in Section 1.
  • Complete Sections 2-4 with your applicable information.  Note:  the “Alternate EUAC” must be an established EUAC.
  • Be sure to have the form signed by an Authorized Approver listed on your institution’s Official Authorization List (OAL) (Section 5).
  • Mail the completed form to the appropriate Customer Contact Center (CCC) noted at the bottom of the second page.

What’s Next?

Setup processing steps will vary depending on whether or not you have a FedLine credential, i.e. a token, certificate, or an ID/password.
