When we receive the properly completed form, a pass phrase will be sent to you, and your Alternate EUAC (indicated in Section 4 of the EUAC form) will receive a token on your behalf along with setup instructions. After following the setup instructions, you will use the token to access the FedLine Home page by visiting www.FRBservices.org and clicking on “Access FedLine”. Once you are on the FedLine Home page, you can enter the EUAC Center by clicking on the EUAC Center link at the top of the page.
