EUAC self-service for FedPhone® access solution to be discontinued effective August 18, 2012

The FedPhone EUAC self-service functionality will be discontinued as of August 18, 2012. To manage Subscribers or obtain access listings for the FedPhone access solution once this self-service option is no longer available, please contact the Customer Contact Center (CCC). Remember that the entire FedPhone access solution will be discontinued effective September 30, 2012 and that FedACH® Services return item and notification of change (NOC) functions will need to be processed via the FedLine Web® access solution. Please contact the CCC with any questions.
