FedComplete® Packages service area billing changes
July 15, 2012
Beginning July 2012, the FedComplete Packages will be billed under a new service area 0701 called Cross Business instead of under the 1210 Electronic Access service area. As a result, FedComplete customers will see their FedComplete Package fees billed within the new 0701 service area on their July 2012 billing statements. No changes to FedComplete Package fees or product codes (including discount or surcharge product codes) will be made as a result of this change.
