Find your FedLine fit with two new packages

Financial institutions using FedLine access solutions enjoy flexible, reliable access to transaction and information services for one monthly fee. In January 2011, FedLine access solution packages will be offered at different levels to more closely align with the needs of diverse institutions. This will allow your management to more easily identify which offering is the best fit based on your institution’s needs.

 

Two new packages provide needed access to specified staff

Beginning in January 2011, the two levels outlined below will be available to provide the right FedLine fit to better meet your needs:

• All customers utilizing the FedLine Web^®, FedLine Advantage^® and FedLine Direct^® access solutions will have access to the basic services most commonly used by your operations officer or operations staff. This level of service offers access to basic transaction processing services and provides the necessary tools to view summary-level information, receive alerts and notifications of exceptions, process adjustments and receive billing statements. In addition to basic transaction services for FedLine Advantage and FedLine Direct customers, all customers will have access to such information services as FedACH Risk^® RDFI File Alert, Check 21 Duplicate Notification, Cash Management Basic and Service Charge Information. This functionality truly provides the foundation for your payment processing.
• “Plus” packages will be available to FedLine Web, FedLine Advantage, FedLine Command^® and FedLine Direct customers and will include valuable tools and information services in addition to the basic options described above. Plus packages were designed to provide additional services that could be leveraged by key management staff within your institution, including risk officers, corporate treasurers and compliance officers. Plus package services will feature back-office automation tools such as FedEDI^® Plus, FedACH Risk Origination Monitoring and the Fedwire^® Import/Export feature for FedLine Advantage customers. Detail level information, intra-day updates and search features for accounting reports will also be included, providing valuable cash management tools. The robust set of features available in the Plus packages help to enable enhanced efficiency and new business opportunities for your organization.
