Take your time! Our four new FRFS on-demand webcasts are ready when your schedule allows

March 2012

We know your days are busy and hectic. In recognition, we are committed to designing our educational events around your schedule. We host live seminars presented by knowledgeable experts that allow for interactive question and answer sessions, but we know those dates and times do not work for everyone. To accommodate the demands of your schedule, we also offer a number of on-demand, recorded sessions for viewing at your convenience.

Check out these complimentary FRFS webcasts whenever your schedule allows

Our new series of Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) webcasts was developed as on-demand sessions so you can access all of them at your convenience. These four webcasts are designed to provide:

  • An overview of our Federal Reserve Financial Services
  • A basic understanding of the Check Services we offer
  • A demonstration of how to use the Getting Started Navigator
  • Contact and resource information for Check Services

Additionally, the on-demand webcasts provide assistance in understanding how items are processed using our Check 21-enabled Services, image cash letters and return letters and the possible exceptions that can occur. The webcasts are available for viewing at your convenience, all free of charge.

These recorded sessions are listed on our Federal Reserve Bank Events registration site. The way 24/7 on-demand webcasts work is that upon registration you receive a confirmation email containing the link to the webcast. With the link in your possession, you can watch the webcast whenever, and as often as, you like.

The online registration application we use forces us to populate a date field, but any dates listed for a 24/7 on-demand webcast indicate only for how long the registration period will remain open. For example, our four new Federal Reserve Financial Services webcasts are available for viewing around the clock, on any day you choose through the end of the year, as shown on the screen shot below.

We hope you will explore these free, convenient, educational opportunities at your leisure, or whenever you can fit them into your busy day.
