Meet the Presenters: Working in tandem to solicit input and connect the learner

July 2011

Are you wondering how your institution can easily expand, refresh and modernize the services it provides to key business customers? As part of our continuing Meet the Presenters series, during which we are introducing you to our training professionals who share their expertise through our curriculum of educational events, we would like to introduce you to our FedEDI® Services experts who can walk you through some possibilities.

No one can speak more knowledgeably about the FedEDI Plus Service than product manager Alan Dupree.  A techie by degree, Alan brings his information technology (IT) background to the continued enhancement of the automated FedACH® reporting service that is FedEDI Plus.  With 23 years of service at the Federal Reserve Bank, Alan enjoys sharing, and growing, his institutional and industry knowledge through ongoing customer dialogue. He actively solicits  customer input and maintains an impressive list of potential service improvements. He enthusiastically serves as the subject matter expert during a live round of questions and answers on all of our FedEDI Plus teleseminars.

Working in tandem with Alan is Jon Mikolajczak. As one of our professional FedACH Services trainers, Jon handles the bulk of the seminar presentation duties. As a trainer and educator for 20 years ─ the last five within FedACH operations ─ Jon seeks to connect the learner to the real-life business applications of the materials being taught. His talent and dedication in this regard are apparent in the seminar materials he develops.

Our experts will show you how the FedEDI Plus Service lets you automate provision of FedACH Service reports. Possibilities for your account holders range from payment translation reports that carry accounts receivable invoice numbers to reports of return items and notifications of change.  With the FedEDI Plus Service you can:

  • Send human-readable reports or straight-through processing files automatically to your account holders via an encrypted email portal.
  • Deliver selected reports to your FedLine® access solution to facilitate incorporation into online banking cash management portals.
  • Consider providing these value-added services for a fee.

Register today for a complimentary “Activate Automated FedACH Reporting with FedEDI Plus” teleseminar, and let Alan and Jon walk you through the possibilities.
