Often, when the Federal Reserve Banks launch a new service or make enhancements to an existing one, we host an event to provide interested customers with a quick and easy overview of how the service’s benefits can match their institution’s unique needs. In order to offer immediate access to those most knowledgeable about the service, we typically schedule seminars, using a combination of Web and telephone, that include a live question and answer session facilitated by a subject matter expert for that particular service.
The recent introduction of the new FedCompleteSM Packages (PDF) presented just such an occasion to develop and host a new event to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about this new service. We have scheduled a Bundle Up with FedComplete Packages seminar each month throughout the remainder of 2011.
This free, interactive information session presents an overview of how FedComplete Packages can provide a simpler and easier way to use a full suite of services to meet your needs. Designed for institutions with low transaction volumes and an interest in processing their own payments, these all-electronic service options bundle a fixed number of payment services with an access solution for one monthly fee.
If you would like to learn more about the key features of the FedComplete Packages or find out if a package would be beneficial to your organization, there are a number of seminar dates to choose from through the end of the year. So, register today to learn more about how the new FedComplete Packages can match your institution’s unique needs. And, for more information on other Federal Reserve Bank events read, "Our educational curriculum contains a mix of events, formats and dates. Just take your pick!”.
