For the past 14 years, the Treasury Retail Securities Training Team has offered a wide range of savings bond events, including in-person seminars, online Webinars and a 24/7 on-demand Webcast, all designed to build your savings bond knowledge and help you better assist your customers. Thanks to input from past attendees, we have improved our curriculum and are gearing up for another year of savings bond events.
Over 25,000 registrants have participated in these training events. When surveyed, participant responses ranged from, “I loved learning about the online resource tools, such as TreasuryDirect.gov and Savings Bond Pro” to “I found the overview of redeeming and reissuing savings bonds very helpful” to “I didn’t know I could order Savings Bond Pro for free from the Bureau of the Public Debt to assist with purchasing, redeeming, reissuing, etc. savings bonds.” Thanks to input from past attendees, we’ve improved our curriculum and are gearing up for another year of savings bond events.
Evaluation results indicate that 94 percent of attendees had a high satisfactory or satisfactory level with the content and delivery of the training materials.
