The Federal Reserve Banks allow for the electronic exchange of documentation used to support adjustment requests. The documentation can be transformed into an exchangeable electronic image utilizing the Federal Reserve's Check Adjustments Documents to Follow (DTF) Archive.
The DTF Archive eliminates the need for mailing most types of paper documentation, and allows for faster receipt of your completed adjustment request.
The following resources will assist you in using the Federal Reserve Banks' Check Adjustments DTF Archive.
Provides complete information regarding the archiving process and proper techniques for successfully archiving your documentation.
Provides information on which types of documentation to include with your adjustment request.
Allows you to generate a cover sheet when FedLine® Web is not an option.
