The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is the central site for handling all paper adjustments cases, including foreign item-related requests, as well as all adjustments-related correspondence. All financial institutions should direct all paper adjustments cases for data entry, along with all required documents-to-follow (DTFs) to the following address:
