The Charlotte Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is the central site for handling all paper adjustment cases, including foreign item-related requests, as well as all adjustment-related correspondence. All financial institutions should direct all paper adjustment cases for data entry, along with all required documents-to-follow (DTFs) to the following address:
