FedLine Direct® Test Request Form Instructions

Customers are required to contact the Fedwire® Services Testing Unit to schedule testing. The cycle dates and times should be verified with the testing unit or referenced on the Depository Institution Testing (DIT) Schedule or Saturday Production Test Schedule.

(a) Applications are available Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. The supported hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Friday. (b) Applications are available Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The supported hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Supported/Unsupported: Supported testing is defined as testing in which a customer or vendor requires assistance from the Testing Unit to fully execute the test. Unsupported testing is conducted by the institution or vendor without assistance or intervention from the Testing Unit.
Number of Requeued Wires: Required if prior-day traffic or test messages are needed.
Type of Output needed: This box is used to indicate the type of output you wish to receive. For example, transmission of end-of-day reports.
