These solutions are customer-driven and technology-focused and are designed to offer simplicity, security and interoperability with your business systems. The FedLine access solutions include FedInsightsSM (PDF), a comprehensive suite of information services that helps supply financial institutions with the insight they need to maintain effective and efficient control over their payments.

FedLine Direct offers an unattended Internet Protocol (IP)-based access solution designed especially for financial institutions that conduct a high volume of transactions with the Federal Reserve Banks and require a highly secure computer-to-computer interface. This solution offers access to customers who perform high-volume Fedwire® Funds, Fedwire Securities and FedACH® Services transactions.
FedLine Command currently offers an additional option for FedACH users interested in an unattended Internet Protocol (IP)-based access solution. FedLine Command is a business-to-business interface leveraging closed user group technology.
FedLine Advantage provides web-based access to electronic payment services, including FedACH Services, Fedwire Funds Service, Fedwire Securities Service and National Settlement Service. This access solution also includes all Federal Reserve Financial Services already available via FedLine Web®.
FedLine Web provides cost-effective online access to a broad range of information services, including FedACH Information Services, FedCash® Services, and Account Services and billing information. In addition, it can provide you with access to Check Services (including Check 21-enabled Services and Check Adjustments Services).
FedMail is an electronic messaging system used to transmit information via fax or email from the Federal Reserve Banks to financial institutions and other subscribing organizations. FedMail provides same-day delivery of statements and advices from a number of financial service areas as an alternative to paper-based delivery.
Please see the recent announcement (PDF) regarding the discontinuation of the FedPhone Service. FedPhone is an automated voice response system that provides customers with access to select services and service information via a touch-tone telephone.
