FedCash® Access Manager Roadmap

Currently, your organization uses FedCash Access Manager via FedLine Web.

Congratulations. FedCash Access Manager provides you with the ability to take greater control of your Subscriber access. This additional control includes on-going maintenance items of which you should be aware.

  • You can always add new Subscribers to your Administrative ABA and restrict their access. To add additional Subscribers submit the Subscriber Request Form. As you add additional Subscribers the eLearning tools are a great way to help new Subscribers get acquainted with all the functions of Access Manager.
  • Subscribers who no longer need to access FedLine Web or FedCash Access Manager can have their credentials modified or deleted. Simply fill out the Subscriber Request Form and select "Delete and Revoke Credential" or "Modify Credential" if they have other FedLine Web services they are still using. Submit the form to your local Customer Contact Center (CCC) to remove Subscriber’s FedLine Web services or delete their credentials.
