Thank you for choosing the FedPhone access solution. We are excited to work with you to make this a smooth and easy transition. Following are the steps you will need to take to implement this access solution, including contacts to help you with questions at any step along the way.
Prior to establishing access to FedPhone, your organization must be authorized to use Federal Reserve Financial Services. Use of all Federal Reserve Financial Services is governed by the applicable Operating Circulars. The terms under which an organization may access these services are provided in Operating Circular 5. It is each organization's responsibility to review its internal procedures to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place when using any Federal Reserve Bank access solutions.
To gain access to FedPhone, or to request an addition, modification or deletion of access for a FedPhone Subscriber, please complete the FedPhone Services Enrollment Form (PDF). Refer to Instructions for Submitting a FedPhone Enrollment Form (PDF) for more information.
NOTE: This form must be signed by an individual listed on your organization's Official Authorization List (OAL). Requests signed by individuals who are not listed on their institution's OAL will be delayed until proper authorization has been obtained by Federal Reserve Bank staff. If your organization does not have an OAL, review and submit Board Resolutions and Official Authorization List (OAL) (PDF) in the standard form required by the Federal Reserve Banks.
Submit the form to the appropriate Customer Contact Center. Once the request is complete, the Customer Contact Center will call the Subscriber and provide a PIN and temporary password. If you need assistance or have questions at any point in the process, please contact the Customer Contact Center.
