March 03, 2026 7:33 PM Eastern Time FedACH Services customers may have experienced a delay in receiving acknowledgements for files transmitted while resolution actions were being completed. Customers are advised to not resend their FedACH origination files if they are still pending receipt of an acknowledgement for a file that is still processing. We are aware some customers may have received an extra file. This file should be processed like normal. Additionally, some customers may have received files with ID modifiers out of the typical order. We value your business and apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. Our next expected update will be to report status during the ACH distribution window with a transmission deadline of 8:00 PM ET and target distribution of 10:00 PM E.
