The Federal Reserve Banks continually seek ways to improve our services. It is with this objective in mind that FedACH® Services, accessed through the FedLine Advantage® and FedLine Web® Solutions, will be enhanced on November 17, 2018.

Enhancements include minor visual updates to align with the current design of FedLine® Solutions. However, the overall functionality of the interface will remain the same. Please review the details below for recommended actions for November 17, 2018.

Ensure Enterprise Mode is Disabled

The only supported browser for the FedLine Advantage and FedLine Web Solutions is Internet Explorer® 11. It is important that you ensure that Enterprise Mode in Internet Explorer 11 is not enabled. To see if Enterprise Mode is enabled on your PC, open Internet Explorer and click “Tools” in the navigation bar. If there is a checkmark next to “Enterprise Mode”, you will need to uncheck it. If you are unable to do so, you may need to contact your institution’s technical support staff.

To ensure your institution adheres to the hardware and software requirements for each solution, please refer to the FedLine Solutions Setup page on FRBservices.org(SM).

Clear Your Cache

Once the enhancements are in place, Internet Explorer (IE) browsers may pull up cached versions of the FedLine screens. This can result in non-responsive features. Clearing the browser cache should resolve any issues. If it does not, the version of IE may need to be updated. To clear the IE browser cache:

• Click on “Tools,” then “Internet Options” and on the “General” tab click “Delete” under Browsing history or from “Tools” you can select “Delete Browsing History”

• Alternatively, users can select the “Settings” option under Browsing history and check the option to check for newer versions of stored pages “Every time I visit the webpage”

• Once complete, close and reopen the browser window
