Innovation Sandbox Environment — Call for RFI Participation

The Federal Reserve is evaluating the potential to enable a widely available innovation sandbox. We are planning to issue a Request for Information (RFI) for organizations that are interested in working with the Federal Reserve to deliver this environment. Opportunities to contribute could include sandbox hosting, middleware, tooling and/or an area for open API access to allow for collaboration across participants in a marketplace.

The Federal Reserve Banks today announced that more than 110 organizations are participating in the pilot program for the FedNow Service. The program will support development, testing and adoption of the FedNow Service, as well as encourage development of services and use cases that leverage FedNow functionality.
