Effective April 22: Amendments to Operating Circular 8
Effective April 22, 2024, the Federal Reserve Banks are amending Operating Circular 8 (OC 8), Funds Transfers Through the FedNow® Service.
The amendments to OC 8 and its appendices include, among other things, a clarification to the definition of ACWP Target Deadline, an adjustment to reflect the registered trademark designation for the FedNow Service, and several non-substantive cleanup items.
