Testing now available for the FedImage®Gateway API Interface in support of enhancements to FedImage® Archive Services

Previously announced enhancements to the FedImage Archive Services, via the FedImage Gateway API Solution, are now available in the customer testing center. Testing is being made available starting August 15th through September 13th. These improvements to the interface will allow for augmented search and viewing capabilities
The improvements include:
- Immediate access via the FedImage Gateway API to all archived images, eliminating current restriction to timeframe images are stored on disk. In most cases, the retention schedule is seven years
All customers leveraging the FedImage Gateway API Interface are strongly encouraged to confirm their application interface to the FedImage Archive including:
- Validation that the current interface can successfully log into FedImage Archive
- Confirm the ability to retrieve check images using their retrieval parameters and requests
- If appropriate, it provides an opportunity to test elimination of any timeframe restrictions based on the age of items
Testing is available anytime Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET through the previously provided test link to the FedImage Gateway API test environment. This link has also been posted on the Announcement section by logging into your FedLine® Solution.
The list below provides you with information on the sample of synthetic test images1 that are available for you to exercise your interface to locate and retrieve. If you have any issues connecting and retrieving test items, please contact FedACH® and Check Services Customer Support via email or phone at 1-877-372-2457, and ask for FedImage Gateway Support, Michelle La Liberte. Depending on the issue, we may need a copy of your XML query to trouble shoot.
