Account Management Information and Member Bank Capital Stock Report changes

In response to your feedback, the Federal Reserve Banks have been updating the way we deliver information and services to our customers. As part of these ongoing improvement efforts, on December 12, 2020, we will add a delivery method for member banks’ Capital Stock reports through the Account Management Information (AMI) application. This application is accessed via the FedLine Web® and FedLine Advantage® Solutions.

Enhancements will result in access to the Capital Stock monthly Statement of Holdings Report and Capital Stock semi-annual Dividend Payment Advices Report in AMI. Future enhancements will also provide the Capital Stock Holdings and Letter for Capital Stock adjustment transactions.

What to expect?

What is changing?

  • Non-member banks will see the menu option, but will not have reports available
  • A new menu option in AMI will show Capital Stock Reports to all users
  • Statement of holdings (12) will have a one year retention and Dividend Payment Advices (two) will remain accessible for one year.

What is not changing?

  • FedMail® delivery options that are currently utilized by some member banks to receive these reports will remain unchanged
  • No changes to the capital stock transaction process or holding requirements

What actions do I need to take?

We will continue to communicate with your organization as we get closer to the implementation date. Although testing is not be required, we encourage you to visit the Depository Institution Test (DIT) environment for testing. The DIT environment contains production data, but please note that the full capacity of statements may not be present and that some data may not fully match production data.
