Effective January 2: Amendments to Operating Circular 4

Effective January 2, 2024, the Federal Reserve Banks will amend Operating Circular (OC) 4, Automated Clearing House. The amendments to the OC and its appendices include, among other things, the terms under which the Federal Reserve Banks will offer FedACH® discount fee programs and an anomaly notification feature for FedACH Services.
