In an effort to provide some relief and assistance to our customers, we offered the COVID-19 Federal Reserve Financial Services Customer Assistance Package from May 1 through July 31. This package was designed to provide financial institutions and their customers with meaningful support during this time.
Can I still sign up for Customer Assistance Package services?
The package will remain open to any customer until July 31. Additionally, the services included in this package are available to all customers at standard pricing after that date. If your institution is interested in signing up for any new services, we recommend using our stand-alone service agreements to set those up. Customers should contact their account executive to discuss service fees.
How may I retain or remove Customer Assistance Package services?
FedACH® and Check Services
If you were already subscribed to a service included in the package, or if you completed a stand-alone service agreement during the package offering period, you do not need to take any action to retain your service(s) at standard pricing.
If you signed up for services using the Customer Assistance Package for Check and ACH Services Agreement, you may continue some or all services at standard pricing by submitting a request to retain/remove services. Please contact FedACH and Check Services Customer Support or your account executive to determine if this form is necessary for your institution.
If we do not receive a retention agreement or stand-alone service agreement from your institution by July 31, 2020, then FedACH and Check components of the Customer Assistance Package services that you enrolled in will end.
FedLine® Solutions
If your institution wishes to remove FedLine Subscribers or decommission Virtual Private Network (VPN) devices added during the package window, then an End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) will be required to make any changes via FedLine Home and the Connection Management Center (CMC). Standard FedLine Solutions fees will be charged beginning August 1 unless the EUAC removes Subscribers or decommissions VPN devices.
Thank you for being a valuable partner with our Federal Reserve Financial Services. We wish you continued health and safety as we navigate these challenging times together.
