Operations support for FedACH Services and Check Services is provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Responsibilities include timely and accurate processing of payments, testing, maintaining integrity of the FedACH and Check applications, monitoring processing to circumvent problems and responding to questions about our customers' Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Check processing.
Effective November 1, FedACH and Check Services Customer Support now operates from Sunday, 5:30 p.m. ET to Saturday 3 a.m. ET, excluding holidays.
