Federal Reserve Financial Services will implement a year-end freeze period for production Check Services changes. The freeze period will run from Dec. 22, 2023, through Jan. 3, 2024. This is our normal year-end freeze period to support year-end activities and 2024 changes.
Key Dates:
- Dec. 7, 2023: Last day to request production Check Services implementations and changes (i.e., FedForward®, FedReturn®, FedReceipt® and PDF implementations, delivery/channel changes, settlement changes, as well as Payor changes — reject repair, FedImage® archive, etc.)
- Dec. 21, 2023: Last day for production Check Services implementations and changes
- Jan. 4, 2024: Window re-opens for production Check Services implementations and changes
