Services and products to support the FedNow® Service

Neural Payments provides end-to-end technology infrastructure enabling financial institutions to participate in, manage and innovate on the FedNow Service with speed and confidence.

Account types supported: Neural Payments currently supports demand deposit accounts (DDA/checking) for both credit-push (Send) and receive transactions on the FedNow Service, with additional account type support on the roadmap.

APIs & developer tools: Neural Payments exposes a modern REST API suite covering payment initiation, status monitoring, return request handling and request for payment (RFP) workflows. Webhooks and event-driven notifications allow real-time visibility into payment lifecycle events, enabling institutions and their customers to build responsive, automated workflows.

User interfaces: We offer configurable white-label portals tailored to three user types: (1) financial institution staff — for operations, exception handling and reporting; (2) business customers — for batch and real-time payment initiation, RFP management and reconciliation; and (3) retail consumers — for intuitive, mobile-friendly instant payment experiences. Fraud & risk management: Real-time transaction screening and configurable rule engines are embedded into the payment flow, helping institutions meet risk obligations without sacrificing speed.
