Discount Window Direct (DWD) Early Adopter Program Expression of Interest Form
The Federal Reserve is accepting expressions of interest in the DWD Early Adopter Program from eligible members (Off-site) of the Discount Window community. Institutions selected to participate in the program will provide valuable input into the DWD application.
For each service launch, the Federal Reserve will call upon a subgroup of DWD Early Adopter Program participants – for example, those with specific expertise and/or representing specific segments – to participate in discussions, use the service, and conduct other activities as needed.
Each individual at your organization that is interested in participating should complete an EOI form.

By clicking “Submit”, you consent to being contacted by the Federal Reserve regarding participation in the DWD Early Adopter Program. If selected as a participant (“Early Adopter”) in the DWD Early Adopter Program, Early Adopters acknowledge they may be engaged in various activities, including (i) participating in early testing and production phases in a controlled environment, and (ii) serving in an advisory role to the Federal Reserve by providing feedback and insights on the DWD service design and development, features, and functionality through relevant workshops, working groups or demos organized by the Federal Reserve. Early Adopters may be asked to agree to additional terms and conditions in connection with different phases or activities associated with the DWD Early Adopter Program, including terms related to the Federal Reserve’s test environments and production environments, and agree to comply with all terms under OC-10, OC-5, and other Operating Circulars and additional terms and conditions, as applicable.
The Federal Reserve may use any and all feedback provided by Early Adopters to develop, improve, promote, and maintain DWD and any related services. The Federal Reserve will seek written consent prior to attributing statements, views, or endorsements to the Early Adopter in public communications. Early Adopters may opt out of the DWD Early Adopter Program at any time by giving written notice to the Federal Reserve using the following address: SYS.DW.Early.Adoption.Program@chi.frb.org. The Federal Reserve may likewise terminate the Early Adopter from the DWD Early Adopter Program at any time by giving notice to the Early Adopter. Early Adopter acknowledges that DWD Early Adopter Program activities are subject to change.
