Remaining actions to take
If you have not already done so, please take a moment to complete a short, one-question survey to share your organization’s plans for these changes. Your response will help us benchmark industry preparedness related to this transition.
Remove your FedGlobal ACH participant(s) by submitting Section A – FedGlobal Service Request Form (PDF) and, if applicable, Section B – F3X Service Request Form (PDF).
Your organization is billed monthly for FedGlobal ACH services and will continue to be billed through and including forward item discontinuation date unless you submit the request form(s) on or before October 30. Once the service is discontinued, no further charges will be assessed. Foreign Check customers are billed only when they submit items and will be charged only through the April 2027 discontinuation date for items processed.
