Check 21-enabled Services FedForward®, FedReturn® and FedReceipt® offer your financial institution a suite of services to send and receive image cash letters electronically.
Suite of services that allows you to deposit image cash letters. The Federal Reserve Banks will clear and present the items electronically or as substitute checks. Also, the FedForward Image Deposit Service
Deposit option enables you to submit an image cash letter of forward collection items. The Federal Reserve Bank will clear the items and present either substitute checks or an electronic file to the paying bank. Many deposit options are available to help meet your needs for availability and pricing.
FedReturn Services allow you to deposit mixed image cash letters of return items. The Federal Reserve Banks will return either an electronic file or substitute checks to the bank of first deposit.
FedReceipt, FedReceipt Plus and FedReceipt Plus for Returns Services allow you to use “straight-through” electronic check processing for a portion or all of your inclearings. Depending on the service you select, you will receive all your inclearing or return items, or only those inclearing or return items deposited with the Federal Reserve in image cash letters with the Federal Reserve Banks.
