Prior to establishing access to FedMail, your organization must be authorized to use Federal Reserve Financial Services. Use of all Federal Reserve Financial Services is governed by the applicable Operating Circulars. The terms under which an organization may access these services are provided in Operating Circular 5. It is each organization's responsibility to review its internal controls and procedures to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place when using these access solutions.
If you would like to sign up for the FedMail access solution, or need to make changes to your FedMail service, please complete the FedMail Service Request Form (PDF). Submit the form to the appropriate Customer Contact Center, as listed on the form. If you need assistance or have questions at any point in the process, please contact the Customer Contact Center.
NOTE: This form must be signed by an individual listed on your organization's Official Authorization List (OAL). Requests signed by individuals who are not listed on their institution's OAL will be delayed until proper authorization has been obtained by Federal Reserve Bank staff. If your organization does not have an OAL, review and submit Board Resolutions and an Official Authorization List (OAL) (PDF) in the standard form required by the Federal Reserve Banks.
Some services available through FedMail have a separate setup process. For those services not listed on the FedMail Service Request Form, please see the setup areas below:
For FedACH Risk Management Notifications and FedEDI Plus
For Federal Grant Recipient Reports, Treasury Check Operations, USDA Food and Nutrition Service Reports, and Government Agency and Financial Institution Pledge Activity and Holdings Reports.
