Update to the Bureau of the Fiscal Service’s Financial Agent Solicitation for Retail Product Network (RPN) dated June 17, 2026

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) held an Information Session on June 25, 2026, for all interested parties. Since that session, BFS has received multiple questions and is actively working to research each question and provide responses. BFS intends to publish the questions and responses no later than July 31, 2026. The questions and responses will be sent to all interested parties, without inclusion of which financial institution asked which question.
In light of this, we are extending the due date for the RPN FASP Phase 1 proposals from August 3, 2026, to August 24, 2026.
