All institutions and service providers that use FedLine® Solutions are required to complete the Security and Resiliency Assurance Program (Assurance Program) by Dec. 31, 2025.
End User Authorization Contacts (EUACs) were emailed attestation materials earlier this year. The self-assessment and attestation must be completed and submitted annually in order to complete the Assurance Program as part of your organization’s compliance with Operating Circular 5.
Performing an assessment helps to identify and remediate potential control deficiencies within your environment to help protect against unauthorized access to FedLine services or transactional data.
If you received your materials
- Review the Quick Reference and Program Guides that are included as part of your organization’s attestation packet
- Identify a primary point of contact to facilitate the Assurance Program process on behalf of your organization
- Share the attestation materials with your point of contact and the individual(s) responsible for performing the assessment
If you did not receive your materials
- Check your junk/spam folders for an email from Assurance Program (adobesign@adobesign.com)
- Add the @adobesign.com domain to your safe senders list to improve future deliverability
- If you are the EUAC and have not received your materials, please contact the Assurance Program coordinators at sys.assurance.program@frb.org
