FedLine Advantage Customers Test Request Form

By registering for peer-to-peer testing, you confirm your participation and agree to share your organization’s information and test day contact details for inclusion in the customer participant list.

Additional Form Information

  • The Primary Test Day Contact should be the individual that customers can contact for support on test day. This contact will be provided on the participant list.
  • The Business Contact is an individual that the Wholesale Testing Services team can reach out to directly for any questions involving testing. This contact will not be shared on the participant list and is used for internal purposes only.
  • If you process using manual entry, please provide all ancillary systems used to support processing.
  • Import/upload customers must provide the vendor information and/or on prem application.
  • If your institution would like to test with a specific customer, please provide the request in the additional comments section for participant planning.
