FedLine Direct Customers Test Request Form
By registering for peer-to-peer testing, you confirm your participation and agree to share your organization’s information and test day contact details for inclusion in the customer participant list.
Additional Form Information
- The Primary Test Day Contact should be the individual that customers can contact for support on test day. This contact will be provided on the participant list.
- The Business Contact is an individual that the Wholesale Testing Services team can reach out to directly for any questions involving testing. This contact will not be shared on the participant list and is used for internal purposes only.
- Please provide your institution’s FedLine Direct connection information. If you connect using your own direct connection, please indicate whether your software is build in-house or provided by a third-party software vendor. For hosted services, please specify the service provider’s name and the product being used.
- If your institution would like to test with a specific customer, please provide the request in the additional comments section for participant planning.
