The Federal Reserve Financial Services New Customer/Training on-demand webcast series will provide an overview of the Federal Reserve Financial Services, a basic understanding of the Check Services we offer and contact and resource information for Check Services. Additionally, the on-demand webcasts will assist you in understanding how items are processed using our Check 21-enabled Services, image cash letters and return letters, and the possible exceptions that can occur.
The Federal Reserve Financial Services - Getting Started webcast was developed to provide customers with a basic understanding of the Federal Reserve System, settlement options, and the services we offer and show customers how to use the Getting Started Navigator.
