FedNow® Service Town Hall held on 7/30/2025
Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) hosted a one-hour virtual event featuring a panel discussion with industry innovators. Federal Reserve experts also provided updates on the service and spotlighted upcoming engagement opportunities. Highlights from the event include:
- Stephanie Miracle, a FedNow client specialist, hosted the panel discussion with Amber Johnson of Citizens Alliance Bank, as well as Dan Hein and Shannon Jennings of Alaska Air Group Credit Union, highlighting the value and impact of instant payments.
- Ian Schweid of the FRFS customer relations team and Mollie Markham of the FRFS industry relations team participated in a fireside chat, discussing how the FedNow Service has grown and evolved in the two years since launch.
- Upcoming engagement opportunities were spotlighted, as well as educational and support resources for both prospective and live FedNow participants.
