Help avoid service interruption: Ensure your forms are up to date

To use the products and services provided by Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) without service interruption, it is critical that the necessary forms your institution has on file with FRFS remain up to date.

Take action

If your institution has recently undergone personnel changes, determine whether you need to update contact information or authorization forms on file with FRFS.
Consider adjusting your institution’s internal procedures to ensure timely updates to contact information, authorization forms and any other information on file with FRFS.
