The FedPayments Insights Service offers a variety of visual and dynamic reports of your ACH activity. With this service, you can easily access and analyze historical ACH transaction data for a single RTN or family of RTNs.

See how your data stacks up

With ACH Benchmarking Reports, you can compare your institution’s ACH performance against industry benchmarks. Your institution can use these reports to compare growth rates and forward and return volumes between your RTN(s) and other financial institution groups.

There are two ACH Benchmarking Reports now available:

• Activity Percent of Change: Evaluate changes in ACH activity for your RTN(s) against aggregated data from other financial institution groups. Compare results across multiple metrics, including forwards, same-day and returns, with information available for both debits and credits.
• Return Rate: Allows users to compare their return rates to industry aggregates from other financial institution groups across different asset classes. Return rate percentages are available for three categories: Unauthorized, Invalid/Administrative and Overall.

With these reports, you can more easily identify ACH trends and develop a more complete view of your institution’s ACH information.
