The Federal Reserve Banks’ FedLine® Solutions are a critical component of the U.S. electronic payment system, providing direct access to critical payment and information services and applications. While FedLine Solutions offers robust embedded security features, financial institutions and their service providers are ultimately responsible for protecting the endpoints used to access the Federal Reserve Banks.
To remain compliant with Operating Circular 5, all institutions and service providers that use FedLine Solutions are required to complete the Security and Resiliency Assurance Program (“Assurance Program”) by Dec. 31. The Assurance Program requires organizations to submit an annual self-assessment and attestation to help identify and remediate potential control deficiencies within their environment and to help protect against unauthorized access to FedLine services or transactional data. Attestation materials were sent to End User Authorization Contacts (EUACs) via email earlier this year.
If you received your materials

- Share the attestation materials with your point of contact and the individual(s) responsible for performing the assessment.
If you did not receive your materials
