The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is the central site for handling all paper adjustments cases, including foreign item-related requests, as well as adjustments-related correspondence. All financial institutions should direct all paper adjustments cases for data entry, along with all required attachments to the following address (US Mail, FedEX, UPS and other couriers):
