With the goal of continually improving Federal Reserve Financial Services for customers, the FedImage Archive Service, accessed through the FedLine Web® Solution, will implement enhancements later this year. These improvements to the interface will augment its search and viewing capabilities.
The improvements include:
- A new viewer with more flexible searching capabilities of archived check items and improved on-screen images to better view the details.
- Immediate access to all archived images, eliminating delays in retrieving older items via mailbox.
- Ability to print or email a PDF consisting of an image or group of images locally.
These changes are not anticipated to impact customers’ interfaces to applications such as home banking, though all customers will have an opportunity to test and confirm. Credentialed users will be invited to explore the new viewer in the test environment to familiarize themselves with the enhanced capabilities later this summer.
