Federal Reserve Financial Services will be conducting internal application testing for the Check Services platform between 3 a.m. ET on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, and 2 p.m. ET on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2023.
During the test, check files sent will not be processed and deposit notifications will not be generated. Check files normally deposited during this period will need to be held and sent when normal business processing resumes, which is expected to be after 2 p.m. ET on Aug. 20, 2023.
What should you do to prepare?
Ensure that your operational teams are aware that they will be unable to submit check files during the testing window.
